How do I use SleepObrace™?

Brush the teeth first. Take the proper SleepObrace™ stage out of its assigned box. Put it inside the mouth, place the tip of the tongue on the tongue plate, and then lift the back of the tongue and keep holding it there, on the roof of the mouth. With time this will become an unconscious posture.

How often should I use SleepObrace™ and for how long?

Wear SleepObrace™ every night, during sleep. We also suggested wearing SleepObrace™ 1-4 hours during the day while you study, read, watch TV, use the computer, or work.

 

D1 (Stage 1) is soft. Wear it every night for 1 to 3 months straight.

D2 (Stage 2) is moderate. Wear it every night for 6 to 8 months straight.

D3 (Stage 3) is hard. Wear it every night for 5 to 8 months straight.
