SleepObrace™️ is an orthodontic solution that gives you the same (or more) benefits of regular braces at a much lower cost. It creates intense and evenly spread-out pressure throughout the jaw. SleepObrace™️ addresses poor oral habits that cause crooked teeth, dental crowding, teeth gaps, bite misalignments, etc. Other than teeth alignment, SleepObrace™️ is a habit-correction device as it teaches people to unconsciously change their oral posture and place their tongue in the correct position. It stimulates nose breathing which is the correct way of breathing which gets more oxygen into the system and prevents snoring.

- For US, CA, UK & Europe - After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

- International delivery usually takes about 7–28 business days.

- Express Delivery time: Your Package will be delivered within 12 days.

We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them. 

Furthermore, for a refund on returned items, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.
