Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
SHIPPING TIME
■The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and Post process the orders, which takes an additional 1–3 days.

Shipping time:
-This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
-For US, CA, UK & Europe - After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
-International delivery usually takes about 7–28 business days.
If you haven't received your item in 40 days, please contact us.
SHIPPING METHODS
■Free Shipping*Full-Delivery Insurance applies for ALL countries, except "Remote Areas"(Check the list at the bottom of this page)
-Covers delivery from our Warehouse to your Country(Local Postal Services) and to your Address!
*Half-Delivery Insurance applies for "Remote Areas"(Check the list at the bottom of this page) because of their high risk of failed delivery.
-Covers delivery from our Warehouse to your Country(Local Postal Services) & doesn't cover the delivery from your Country's local postal services to your Address.
That means that if the tracking system shows that the package has reached your country; and then it shows that the package has been lost or delivery failed, you won't be eligible for a refund. The local postal service is responsible. You can get a redelivery by an Express Shipping method which you will have to pay for. The products reshipped will be free of charge. If your country belongs to "Remote Areas" list - we highly suggest that you use Express Shipping method and Full-Delivery Insurance will apply!
